Did You Know!

Your structure is located in the geographic area where the heaviest drywood termite population exists.

Reproductive swarmers migrate many times annually and fly from one structure to another. These reproducing termite queens will land on a roof area and find an entry point around roof jacks, vents, or under roof coverings to reach the structure's framing lumber. They will bore into the wood and lay their eggs. Each swarmer is capable of establishing separate colonies.

This can be prevented by a one time application of permanent lasting DRI-OUT, forming a protective coating on skeleton structural framing lumber throughout the entire structure. This DRI-OUT application procedure includes inaccessible framing of attic and/or roof structure, studs inside walls, floor joists, ceiling joists, top and bottom plates, and load bearing support beams over every door and window.

A permanent lasting DRI-OUT coating renders all wood members termite proof. Chemical products, methods, and procedures provide only temporary results with possible pesticide chemical exposure. DRI-OUT does not contain on drop of pesticide chemicals and has an approved E.P.A registered health hazard rating of “0”.
